KelvinNode LLP provides Cloud, AI, and DevOps technology consulting services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for our services will be outlined in separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Agreements executed between KelvinNode LLP and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, KelvinNode LLP retains all intellectual property rights to our pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, and tools used to deliver our services. Upon full payment for our services, clients retain all rights to their specific project deliverables and proprietary data.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KelvinNode LLP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
